From the city of Marcos Quito, Ecuador, comes a video of a strange, glowing object. The man who took the footage sent me some information on what he saw. The object hovered over the city for some three hours, and slowly moved from the central part of the city to the southern rim.
It occasionally flashed, and eventually disappeared from view. At first glance, this looks like it could be a Chinese Lantern, but after watching it a couple of times, I am not so sure.
